  • Official Rules and Regulations:
    Marshaling time at 8:30am on the Green Valley School yard
    Start time of 10am SHARP;
    Parade runners MUST accompany the float if handing out anything to parade guests. Throwing candy attracts children to the streets and their safety is our #1 concern;
    Floats must not pick up or drop anyone off while on the parade route;
