75th Annual Hanover Ag Fair Cancelled

During these days of unprecedented health concern and responding to the guidance of those managing the crises that our community, province and country is facing, we are answering the call to do our part to keep each other safe.

It is with sadness that the Hanover AG Society regrets to announce that the 75th Annual Hanover Ag Fair will be cancelled for the 2020 season.

Though unfortunate, these are the steps that must be taken to ensure that we are doing our part to reduce the risk to our community. We want to thank our partners who continue to stand beside the Hanover Ag Society as we face this pandemic together as a community.

Please contact office@hanoverag.com for a full refund on events tickets, vendor fees, and other costs.

We look forward to overcoming this crisis and celebrating with our community, and celebrating the 75th Hanover Ag Fair, August 19th- 22nd, 2021.

Volunteer

The Hanover Ag Fair is the largest community event held each summer. The Hanover Ag Society realizes its need for volunteers and values your service and support. It takes over 100 volunteers to put on an event such as the Fair. There are lots of opportunities to help with set-up and prep before the fair, clean up after the fair and many, many positions during the fair such as selling wristbands at the front and back gates, guest info, canteens, ground maintenance and helping with specific events.

For every four hour shift you volunteer you can earn $15 Hanover Ag Bucks. You or your family can use your Hanover Ag Bucks towards grounds/event admission and/or at the Hanover Ag canteens. If you want to meet lots of people and help out and play a part in making this fantastic event come together, contact us at volunteer@hanoverag.com and let us know what job you would love to help with.
